Restriction Enzymes pluginRestriction Enzymes plugin provides a tool to mark restriction enzymes cut sites in a DNA sequence.
Usage example: Open a DNA sequence in Sequence view and use "Analyse->Restriction Enzymes" item in popup menu.
In the dialog select the enzymes to mark in sequence:
Note, that you can use custom files with enzymes. UGENE supports 'bairoch' file format provided as a part REBASE restriction enzymes database releases.

The results are stored as a DNA sequence annotations. The direct and complement cut site positions are visialized as a black triangles
between nucleotides.
